I'm pretty sure its missing an inherent and the 8% is 2 off. so i'd say merch.

You could get more depending on what skin it is. If it's the PvP skin, then not much, but you could get more if it's the Dead Staff (Tyrian) skin.

i'd say dont merch, there are definitely collectors out there that will pay a decent amount for it
